Alhasawi Industries, a subsidiary of Alhasawi group, designs and manufactures under the original Alhasawi equipment manufacturer (OEM) a complete line of home and industrial products to serve its customer base ranging from housing white goods needs to commercial and industrial solutions serving a wide base of private and governmental entities.
Water coolers
Alhasawi industries specializes in manufacturing a wide range of water coolers including open gravity type coolers, closed-tank pressure coolers, large industrial chillers and portable coolers with capacities ranging from 1.5 U.S. gallons to 100 U.S. gallons.
The Water Cooler Factory delivers a selection of features in its product lines, including machine injected Polyurethane Foam (PUF) insulation, Sturdy Condensing Unit, Deep Drawn Seamless Tanks, Corrosion Resistant Food Grade Storage Tank, and Corrosion Resistant Stainless-Steel bodies delivering a top-grade functionality and experience.
Alhasawi coolers are certified from the Kuwait Ministry of Electricity and Water (MEW), benefit from an international recognition with the ISO 9001 for “The Design, Manufacture, and Supply of Water Coolers” and is awarded the CE (Conformité Européenne/European Conformity) European Certificate.
Water Heaters
A distinctive line of water heaters in all sizes using galvanized steel and copper is produced by Alhasawi industries with capacities ranging from 12 U.S. gallons to 50 U.S. gallons.
The range features machine injected Polyurethane Foam (PUF) Insulation, Italian-made Thermostats and Heating Elements, Powder painted over the Outer Body, Thermostat Display, and Pressure Release Valve in Selected Models and represents one of the fast-growing segments in Kuwait.
Approved by the Kuwait Ministry of Electricity & Water (MEW) and the National Housing Authority, Alhasawi Water Heaters witnessed an international acclaim by receiving the ISO 9001 Certificate for Standard in “The Design, Manufacture and Supply of Water Heaters” and the CE (Conformité Européenne/European Conformity) European Certificate.
Air Conditioners
Alhasawi Industries designs and manufactures a complete line of mini-split A/C units, in addition to a wide range of window, mini-central and central air-conditioners with capacities varying from 12,000 BTU to 60,000 BTU. With a superior reach, Dual Side Installation, Quiet Design, Auto Restart Operation, Antifungal Operation, and a Self-Cleaning function, our products play an important part in establishing and maintaining the ideal indoor environment, providing comfort in consumers’ spaces.
Alhasawi air-conditioning lines hold the ISO 9001 and 9002 certifications, Kuwait Ministry of Electricity and Water (MEW) approval for load and power consumption for all our products and are certified by Underwriters Laboratory (UL) of the US and the CE (Conformité Européenne/European Conformity) European Certificate.
Refrigerated truck boxes
The Alhasawi Cold Storage & Refrigerated Transport Factory produces and installs various sizes of injected polyurethane panels for cold storage, refrigerated truck boxes and truck bodies.
The group manufactures Cold Stores with high-quality panels along with stainless steel sheets, whilst also constructs Refrigerated Trucks with safe temperature control, aluminum checker-plates, tail lifts, and shelving.
Alhasawi’s agility and long expertise in this segment, consists in the ability to create instant turnkey solutions for both products and services suiting every enquiry.
Sandwich Panels
Alhasawi Industrial Group disposes from an automated PU line with the capacity to manufacture over 1,000,000 meters per year. The produced sandwich panels are light, resistant, incombustible, 100% recyclable and economical and used in a variety of applications ranging from shelter/cold room erection to construction material such as walls and roofing.
In addition to the automated line, Alhasawi Industrial Group utilizes a new discontinuous line that allows to cater to all its customer requirements.
Telecommunication Shelters
Alhasawi Industrial Group manufactures Telecommunication shelters with preprinted metal steel skin polyurethane foamed sandwich panel, supported by hot dipped galvanized steel frame under the floor.
The shelters are designed to be fitted with mechanical and electrical equipments -ACPDB, air Conditioners, Cable Tray, and alarm and Control Panels.
